Who we are
Dexee S.A.S. (NIT 901.990.687), Barranquilla, Colombia, operates dexeegroup.com and the Dexee Talent Platform. Dexee is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: info@dexeegroup.com.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, preferred language.
- Candidate profile data: professional headline, summary, city, experience, education, skills, salary expectations, availability, English self-assessment and resume.
- Candidate contact data: email, phone, LinkedIn and portfolio links.
- Assessment data: answers, recordings, transcripts, scores, levels and reports produced by Dexee screening assessments.
- Company data: company profile, team members and vacancies.
- Technical data: IP address hash, browser type and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.
We never collect photographs, date of birth, age, marital status, religion or other protected characteristics from candidates.
Why we process it
- To operate the platform: accounts, vacancies, applications and assessments.
- To match candidates with vacancies and recommend candidates to companies.
- To release candidate contact details to a company only when Dexee decides to do so for a specific application.
- To communicate about the service, in the user's language.
- To comply with legal obligations in Colombia and the United States.
Legal basis and consent (Law 1581 of 2012)
Candidates give explicit, informed consent to the processing of their personal data at sign-up. Dexee stores the consent version and timestamp. Consent may be withdrawn at any time from Settings; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Who receives the data
- Companies registered on the platform receive a candidate's professional profile and assessment badges. Contact details and resume are shared only after Dexee releases them for a specific application.
- Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase), email (Resend), transcription and grading providers for assessments. These providers process data under contract and only for the purposes above.
- Authorities when required by law.
Retention
Account and profile data are kept while the account is active. Assessment audio is deleted twelve months after validation. Data requested for deletion is removed within thirty days unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and revoke your consent, from Settings or by writing to info@dexeegroup.com. Dexee answers within the terms established by Colombian law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role and enforced in the database. Dexee staff access candidate data only to operate the service.
International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States by the providers named above, under contractual safeguards.

We will publish updates on this page and record the version and date above.
