These terms govern the use of the Dexee Talent Platform at dexeegroup.com, operated by Dexee S.A.S. (Barranquilla, Colombia). By creating an account you accept them.
Each account has one role: company, candidate or Dexee administrator. Company accounts are verified by Dexee before their vacancies are published. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Companies may publish vacancies, review applicants and move them through the hiring pipeline. Companies receive candidate contact details only when Dexee releases them for a specific application. Companies agree not to contact candidates outside the platform before that release, not to share candidate data with third parties, and to use candidate data only for the vacancy concerned.
Candidates may create a profile, apply to vacancies and take Dexee screening assessments free of charge. Candidates agree to provide truthful information and to take assessments without assistance. Assessment results are Dexee screening results, not certifications.
The platform is free for candidates. Commercial terms for companies (placement fees, monthly rates for Dexee as employer of record and project pricing) are agreed in a separate services agreement.
Assessment content, the platform and the Dexee brand belong to Dexee S.A.S. Users retain the rights to the content they upload and grant Dexee a license to use it to operate the service.
Users may not scrape the platform, attempt to access data beyond their role, misrepresent a company or a candidate, or use the service for discriminatory purposes.
Dexee provides the platform as is and does not guarantee that a vacancy will be filled or that a candidate will be hired. Guarantees on placements are set out in the services agreement with each company.
Dexee may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Users may close their account at any time; data handling after closure follows the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Barranquilla.
